Winter Dance Weekend is scheduled for Fri-Sun Feb. 14-16, 2020 at the Pioneer Park Dance Hall. Expect a full weekend of dance, music, workshops and good company.
Come north to warm up your dancing toes to music by Audrey Knuth and Amy Englesberg (both of Wake Up Robin, The Free Raisins, etc.) and calling by Luke Donforth of Burlington, Vermont. The weekend will take place at the Pioneer Park Dance Hall. Starting on Valentine’s Day Friday, Feb. 14, 2020 the weekend goes through the afternoon of Sunday, Feb. 16, 2020 with enough time to drive home. Or use the Presidents Day holiday to stay an extra night and soak at Chena Hot Springs Resort an hour from Fairbanks! We’ll house you for the weekend, feed you our best Alaskan dishes, send you on your way full of contra happiness. Don’t forget our house concert with the band at the Basham’s on Thursday, Feb. 13, 2020.
